About the Role
As a Civil Construction Cadet, you'll begin by gaining practical knowledge and experience by working within existing crews in the field with the intention of transitioning to work alongside experienced project and contract managers across a variety of infrastructure and land development projects.This role is hands-on, designed to build your understanding of construction methodologies, project management, and contract administration—with a clear pathway toward becoming a Contract Manager in the future.

What we are looking for:
- NZ Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or similar qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in civil construction
- A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team focus
- Strong communication and organisational skills
