Kitchen Manager / Senior Chef - Invercargill
We're looking for a dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our team for the start of spring in stunning Te Anau!
Serving pan Asian style cuisine, we're after someone with experience in food preparation/cooking and kitchen leadership who's accustomed to a fast-paced kitchen environment and keen to get stuck in with high standards and a passion for all things culinary.This position is full time from September onwards for around 35-40+ hours over 5 days a week and will entail serving up our delicious fusion style menu alongside ordering, kitchen management, prepping and food safety. The right applicant will have experience leading in a kitchen environment with experience in ordering, stock management, costing and/or food safety a huge plus!
With a close proximity to idyllic sights such as Lake Te Anau, Milford Sound and Queenstown there is plenty to do in your time off.
