We deliver workmanship our clients can rely on and thanks to steady growth, we’re now looking for skilled Roofers and Roofing Labourers to join our expanding team.

The Role
You’ll be part of a crew working across a mix of new builds, residential homes, and commercial projects throughout the Bay. No two days are the same, and there’s plenty of room to grow with us.
We have openings for:Experienced Roofers (3–5 years’ experience preferred) who can work independently and take the lead on smaller sites when needed.
Roofing Labourers or entry-level team members keen to build skills, gain experience, and progress into apprenticeships.
Your ResponsibilitiesCarry out roofing installations and repairs to a high standard and in line with NZ Building Codes
Mentor and guide apprentices (for experienced roles)
Represent Tauranga Roofing with pride, professionalism, and respect
Maintain safety standards and site presentation at all times
Work efficiently as part of a positive, motivated crew
What We’re Looking ForBased in the Bay of Plenty (or willing to relocate)
Reliable, hardworking, and a good communicator
Great sense of humour and a team-first attitude
3–5 years’ experience in roofing (for senior roles)
Confident working at heights and physically fit
Gutter and fascia experience is a bonus
Must have a current driver’s licence and your own basic tools
