ALPHA Z GLASS LIMITED, a reputable and fast-growing company, is increasing its workforce to support its continued expansion. We are currently seeking experienced Metal fabricators and enthusiastically invite qualified candidates to become part of our team.

• Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to identify job requirements
• Select, clean, and prepare metal stock for fabrication or repair
• Cut and shape metal components using hand tools, flame cutters, and metal cutting machines
• Cutting, Assembly, Fixing of Hardware, Cutting and Fitting of liners, Glazing and Cleaning for delivery.
• Heat, bend, and form metal parts and extrusion using appropriate tools and techniques
• Align and secure metal parts using hand tools, measuring instruments, and welding equipment
• Fabricate and repair metal products using various welding techniques, as well as bolting or riveting to join sections
• Inspect welds for accuracy, including bead width, penetration, and finish
• Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by the employer

• Location: Auckland
• Job type: Full-time
• Pay rate: 28.50 – 40.00 New Zealand dollars per hour
• Days required: Monday to Friday
• Hours per week: At least 30

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience, or a relevant NZ level 4 qualification, or an equivalent overseas qualification is required.
