Super Steel is a locally-owned and operated company specialising in the supply and processing of steel reinforcement materials. We are currently seeking Metal Fabricators with proven experience in steel reinforcement to join our growing team in Auckland. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating and processing a wide range of reinforcing steel products used in commercial and residential construction projects.

• Interpret technical drawings and fabrication specifications related to reinforcing steel.
• Cut, bend, and assemble steel bars, mesh, and other components as per job requirements.
• Operate various fabrication equipment such as benders, shears, guillotines, and welding machines.
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards before delivery or dispatch.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet daily targets and project deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and protocols.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in relevant field.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical diagrams.
• Experience with fabrication machinery and basic maintenance knowledge.
• Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and a proactive team player.
• Must demonstrate a strong attention to detail and high quality of workmanship.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to safety.
