Working across the Powerco network, based in Paeroa, the Power Technician will be at the forefront of delivering expert-level support for protection systems, SCADA maintenance, and installations. Your work will directly support the reliability and performance of our Distribution clients, keeping communities safe, connected, and moving forward.

**Nga pukenga matua | Important Skills**
  • Relevant EWRB Electrical Registration and current Practising licence
  • Full NZ Class 1 Driver's License
  • Demonstrable experience in commissioning, testing and maintenance of High Voltage protection system / schemes and installation, substation plant and systems and HV and LV plant and assets
  • Experience with maintenance and installation of SCADA and communication equipment preferred
