Datacom has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate to join our Product Solutions Team, supporting clients with their Networking and Cyber Security requirements!

This is a customer-facing role so while a keen interest in Technology is a must, a Technical degree is not required to be successful. We’re looking for a great communicator, someone confident, organized, and willing to learn.

This opportunity is Hybrid with an expectation to work from our beautiful Gaunt street, Auckland office with flexibility to work from home some days as well.

The Opportunity

As part of our Products team, you'll join a high-performing, skilled team who work hard to ensure seamless service to our valued clients.

Initially your responsibilities might include
  • Collecting requirements from clients (relating to Networks & Cyber Security)
  • Following the quotation process with vendors
  • Learning as much as possible about the services both Datacom and our Vendors provide, allowing you to make knowledgeable product recommendations
Eventually with training your responsibilities might include
  • Being able to communicate technical concepts and align them with client business goals and objectives
  • Assisting in the development of sales ideas and promotional materials to support new and existing products.
  • Ensuring all marketing support documentation is current and has received the appropriate compliance sign-off.
  • Assisting in the development of regular product communications to customers and advisers.
