Branch Manager

At Midas Grafton, we’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our front-of-house operations and drive business performance. 1. Proven experience in sales and/or branch management
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
3. A customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
4. High level of organisation and attention to detail
5. Ability to work autonomously and drive results
6. Positive, proactive, and solutions-focused attitude
7. Strong computer and administrative skills
8. Having prior experience or knowledge in the automotive industry is beneficial but not necessary

1. Leading day-to-day branch operations and sales performance
2. Delivering exceptional customer service and handling escalations
3. Driving sales growth through quoting, upselling, and customer retention
4. Preparing and managing customer quotes and invoices
5. Coordinating with technicians to ensure accurate and timely service delivery
6. Staff supervision including rostering, training, and performance management
7. Managing stock levels and supporting inventory control
8. Overseeing cash handling and daily financial reconciliation
9. Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

1. Monday to Friday hours (8:00 am – 5:00pm)
