After 13 years with us, one of our senior Foremen has moved on. He started as a good operator and became one of the best in the business. We backed him, trained him, and gave him the room to lead.Now we’re looking for the next one.
This role will suit an experienced civil Foreman who can run a crew, operate a machine when needed, and take ownership of a site from start to finish. It will also suit a sharp Leading Hand or Senior Operator who knows they’re ready to step up.

The RoleYou will take full responsibility for day-to-day site delivery, including:
- Running pre-starts and leading site safety
- Site set-out and QA ownership
- Programming and planning ahead with the PM
- Managing crews and subcontractors
- Minor earthworks
- Retaining walls
- Concrete works (kerb & channel, footpaths, tactiles)
- Operating excavators (2.5T – 14T) as required

What We’re Looking For- Proven civil construction experience
- Strong machine operating skills
- Foreman or leadership experience (or ready to step into it)
- Organised, forward-thinking and calm under pressure
- Clear communicator with crews, clients and management
- High safety standards and pride in your work
