Site Supervisor

Supervise and manage daily construction site operations
- Plan, organize, and assign tasks to workers and subcontractors
- Ensure construction work complies with drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Monitor work progress and ensure deadlines and targets are met
- Enforce health and safety regulations under New Zealand legislation
- Conduct regular safety checks, site inspections, and toolbox meetings
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment on site
- Identify site risks, delays, or technical issues and take corrective action
- Maintain daily site records, reports, and documentation
- Communicate effectively with project managers, engineers, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with the New Zealand Building Code and company policies
