About the Role
Automarque is expanding, and we’re looking for a driven Finance & Insurance Business Manager to support our growing brands: BYD, Denza, and Forthing.
This is a key role in the dealership—working closely with our sales team and customers to structure finance solutions and deliver a premium purchase experience.
What You’ll Be Doing- Presenting and arranging vehicle finance and insurance products
- Structuring deals to suit customer needs
- Managing lender relationships (including UDC Finance and others)
- Ensuring compliance with all finance and regulatory requirements
- Maximising finance penetration and profitability
- Delivering a professional, transparent customer experience
- High earning potential (base + commission + incentives)
- Access to strong finance partners and competitive products
- A steady flow of leads through our growing brands
- Supportive, high-performing sales team

- Previous experience in automotive F&I or vehicle sales
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Confident working with finance structures and numbers
- Driven to achieve targets and maximise earnings
- Knowledge of compliance and lending processes (preferred)
