Manage and motivate your team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
Manage stock levels, ordering, stock control, and stock tracking.
Implement and execute the promotional programs of the business at a local level so that
maximum customers can be attracted
Daily cash reconciliation, petty cash, and banking
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the store
Develop, execute, and manage merchandising programs for the store
Comply with Company policies and procedures strictly
Maintain security controls - cash, keys, alarms, and stock
Liquor Managers Certificate
Diploma in Business Level 5 or above if experience is less than 1 year.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
Ability to build rapport with employees and vendors

This is a fulltime role Min 30 Hours.
Competitive Hourly Rate from $24-$26 based on experience and industry knowledge

How you will spend your days:
You will be responsible for overseeing store sales operations including stock control includinginward and outward goods, business development along with the day to day running of a retail

Ensure they complies with Occupational Health & Safety guidelines of the business
Requirements: Minimum 1yrs experience in retail is preferred
LCQ (License Controller Qualification)Liquor Managers Certificate
Diploma in Business Level 5 or above if experience is less than 1 year.
