We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service / Sales Support professional to join our team on a 1-month contract covering annual leave — with the potential for extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and assisting customer enquiries
- Providing administrative and sales support
- Data entry and processing invoices
- General admin duties
- Supporting sales activity and organising follow-ups
- Calling customers as part of the sales process
About You:
- Fluent in English
- Confident, outgoing communicator with a great phone manner
- Comfortable using computer systems and performing data entry
- Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration is a plus
This role is to cover a team member on leave in August, with the possibility of ongoing work based on performance and business needs.
