Campground Assistant Managers - Hanmer Springs

Hanmer Springs Forest Camp is a charitable trust set up to provide low cost, accessible accommodation for schools, groups and families.
We are looking for an experienced energetic couple/pair who are hands on and physically fit with good knowledge of maintenance, gardening, housekeeping and general admin, who can turn their hand to most things to support the Camp Manager and Staff to keep the Camp running smoothly.
Daily tasks will include assisting with the cleaning of the camp, dealing with customers and general day to day duties required to run the camp.
At least one person will require experience in working in an office, including taking payments by cash, EFTPOS and Visa. Experience with Xero and Seekom are an advantage but training will be provided.
At least one person who is practical and is able to turn their hand at basic building and handyman skills along.
The role requires you to work both independently and a part of the team on rostered shifts with being on call for some of your shifts. This requires a cell phone to be carried outside office hours. The salary package includes on-site accommodation, electricity, firewood and wifi.
