Regional Account Manager – Higgins Concrete, lower North Island

We’re looking for a motivated and relationship-focused Account Manager to join our team at Higgins Concrete. Based in Hastings, you’ll cover the Hawkes Bay, Tararua and Wairarapa regions, reporting to the Eastern Regional Manager. This role will also support our sister company, Hirock, in the sale of aggregates across these regions.
Key responsibilities:- Maintain and grow relationships with our loyal customer base.
- Source and secure new business opportunities.
- Work closely with regional managers to support local sales efforts.
- Sales and new business experience (building industry experience a bonus).
- Organisation and structure with regards to your sales approach.
- Strong communication and tech skills.
- A team player with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude.
- Health and safety awareness.
