Accounts Receivable & Payroll Support

We are a freight moving company based in Silverdale and we are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Receivable & Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role offers flexible working hours across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 10 to 15 hours per week (final schedule to be discussed during the interview).

The role includes:
  • Processing accounts receivable
  • Date entry and sending invoices in Xero
  • General admin tasks
  • Payroll support using Crystal Payroll (cover for Finance Manager when on leave)
We are looking for someone who:
  • Has good attention to detail and accuracy
  • Can work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Has basic accounts knowledge (Xero experience an advantage)
  • Is willing to learn - training provided
  • Communicates clearly and professionally
