Accounts Receivable & Payroll Support
Auckland
We are a freight moving company based in Silverdale and we are looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accounts Receivable & Payroll Assistant to join our team. This role offers flexible working hours across Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday - 10 to 15 hours per week (final schedule to be discussed during the interview).
The role includes:- Processing accounts receivable
- Date entry and sending invoices in Xero
- General admin tasks
- Payroll support using Crystal Payroll (cover for Finance Manager when on leave)
- Has good attention to detail and accuracy
- Can work independently and maintain confidentiality
- Has basic accounts knowledge (Xero experience an advantage)
- Is willing to learn - training provided
- Communicates clearly and professionally
