- Medical Equipment Sales Representative
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new medical product SKUs for the iMak platform.
- Ensure regulatory and compliance documents are in place for exports.
- Coordinate with logistics providers and vendors for smooth operations.
- Develop marketing content with our website and digital team.
- Respond to product inquiries, B2B quotes, and customer support tickets.
- Monitor market trends in regions such as Pakistan and UAE to adjust product strategy.
- Basic knowledge of medical/healthcare devices, especially home-use and portable items.
- Familiarity with certifications (Medsafe, DRAP, CE, etc.) and quality standards.
- E-commerce skills (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) and sales experience preferred.
- Logistics coordination and knowledge of New Zealand export compliance.
- Strong English communication skills; marketing content writing ability.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Biomedical Sciences, Health Technology, or MBBS preferred.
- 1+ year of experience in product sales, medical supplies, e-commerce, or import/export operations.
- Mobile & Solar Repair Technician
Key Responsibilities
- Mobile software & hardware repairs.
- Chip-level repairs (microsoldering).
- Solar system installation & maintenance.
- Stock management and customer service.
- Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical/Electronics.
- Experience with iPhones, MacBooks, and solar setups.
- Proficiency in schematics, multimeter use, and soldering tools.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and customer service abilities.
- Electronic Equipment Trades Worker (Mobile Repair Technician)
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair smartphones and electronic devices (charging, display, sound, signal, etc.).
- Use multimeters, glass separators, UV lamps, soldering kits to fix faults.
- Replace/service components such as earpiece, mouthpiece, camera modules, ICs, and touch sensors.
- Disassemble/reassemble mobile devices with precision.
- Perform after-repair testing and quality assurance.
- Maintain service logs and manage inventory/tools.
- Explain repair issues and solutions to customers.
- At least 6 months’ hands-on experience in smartphone/electronic equipment repair.
- Knowledge of circuit boards, IC functions, schematic diagrams, and diagnostics.
- Ability to handle water damage, LCD/sensor failures, dead devices, and connectivity faults.
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, Internet).
- Degree/diploma in IT, electronics, or mobile technology preferred.
- English fluency; Urdu/Sindhi knowledge is a plus.
