About the Role: Your Opportunity to Lead, Grow, and Sell
As the General Manager of Microsoft Business Applications, you’ll be at the forefront of driving commercial growth and building a high-performing Dynamics 365 practice in Auckland. This is a strategic leadership role with a strong growth mandate—focused on expanding market share, deepening client relationships, and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.
You’ll lead the development of our Microsoft portfolio build a culture of excellence that delivers measurable business outcomes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Practice Growth and Sales Leadership: Drive the expansion of our Dynamics 365 business through strategic growth initiatives, pipeline development, and market penetration. Own revenue targets and lead the charge on new business acquisition.
- Portfolio Development: Lead the evolution of our Microsoft Business Applications offering, with a focus on CE, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. Build scalable frameworks and methodologies that support long-term growth.
- Client Engagement and Value Creation: Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients. Understand their business challenges and deliver tailored solutions that drive transformation and ROI.
- Team Building and Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of Dynamics professionals. Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute growth strategies, including market analysis, competitive positioning, and sales enablement. Translate vision into action.
- Commercial and Budget Oversight: Manage budgets, resources, and delivery timelines to ensure profitability and operational excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business goals and growth objectives.
- 8+ years in CRM solutions, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and building sales pipelines
- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365, Power Platform, CE, and Copilot Studio
- Strong people management, mentoring, and team-building skills
- Commercial mindset with experience developing and executing growth strategies
- Exceptional relationship-building and solution-selling capabilities Communication: Clear, persuasive communicator across technical and executive audiences
- Strong project and budget management skills with a focus on outcomes
