Position: Hydroseed Assistant

Job Overview

Join our team as a Hydroseed Assistant and help create lush, green lawns! You’ll be responsible for hydroseeding, lawn preparation, and assisting with landscaping and site work as needed.

Responsibilities & Duties

• Assist with hydroseeding application and maintenance.
• Set up & monitor temporary irrigation.
• Apply fertilizer for healthy lawn growth.
• Weed spraying & pest control to maintain quality lawns.

• Help with timber boxing, planting, and irrigation.
• Operate heavy machinery & skid steer loader when required.
• Drive truck & trailer safely and efficiently.

• Support the landscape team as needed.
• Maintain yard & vehicles to keep operations running smoothly.

• Valid, clean driver’s license + own transport + ability to drive manual (Class 2 license is a bonus!).
• Comfortable operating machinery & skid steer loaders safely.
• Strong attention to detail when following landscape plans.
• Physically fit team player who can also work independently.
• Understanding of Health & Safety procedures and company protocols.
• Ability to follow verbal & written instructions and take initiative.
• Great communication, punctuality & organizational skills.
• Passionate about hydroseeding, lawns, and landscaping!
