Experienced E-Scooter & Motorcycle Technician
Are you a skilled mechanic with a passion for micromobility, electric rides, and two-wheelers? We are on the hunt for an experienced E-Scooter / Motorcycle Technician to join our busy, state-of-the-art workshop.
As an authorised agent for Segway, Ninebot, Apollo, Kaabo, InMotion, and Teverun, we work on the best machines in the business. You’ll be the go-to expert for factory-standard diagnostics, servicing, and advanced repairs on premium, high-performance electric scooters.From complex electrical troubleshooting to custom setups, you will play a critical role in keeping the riders safe on the road.

Key Responsibilities
-Perform diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and mechanical repairs on premium e-scooter and motorcycle brands.- Conduct official warranty servicing and factory repairs for Segway, Ninebot, Apollo, Kaabo, InMotion, and Teverun models.
- Handle advanced battery diagnostics, motor controller swaps, and component installations.
- General mechanical servicing, including brake bleeding, tire/tube replacements, and suspension tuning.
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure a clean, safe, and professional workshop environment.
What We Are Looking For
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience repairing electric scooters, e-bikes, or motorcycles.
Strong knowledge of lithium battery systems, controllers, throttles, and wiring schematics. Experience with firmware updates and brand-specific diagnostic software is a major asset. Error codes knowledge.
You must currently hold valid working rights for New Zealand (Work Visa, Residency, or Citizenship).
A reliable team player with high attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
A clean NZ driver's license (motorbike/scooter license is a definite plus for test rides).
