Thereare five assessment treatment and rehabilitation wards.Ward D1
- specialises in those patients with orthopaedic injury orpost orthopaedic surgery.A Hospital Aide is an integral part of our team of healthprofessionals.

You will be responsible for:Assisting nursing staff with patient caresKeeping the ward tidy and organisedOrdering and restocking of suppliesFlexibilityis required as you will work as part of a roster covering 24 hours a day, 7days a week.Skills and ExperienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to engage wellEffective problem solving and decision making skillsAbility to work efficiently and effectively in a multidisciplinary teamInitiative and a proactive approach to workExcellent interpersonal skills and team workStrong computer skills and administration experience would be an advantageIdeally experience as a Hospital Aide or similarWorking for Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is
