Fibre composite technician

We are looking for a practical, reliable fibre composite technicians to support infrastructure projects through hands-on work with fibre-reinforced materials. This is a full-time role suited to someone experienced in sanding, resin mixing, and general composite fabrication in field or workshop environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare work areas and assist with daily site setup and breakdown
• Perform sanding, glassing, and cleaning of composite surfaces
• Mix and apply resin systems to required specifications
• Handle and maintain tools, materials, and safety gear
• Support the team with composite lay-up, finishing, and repair tasks
• Maintain cleanliness and safety across the worksite
• Follow technical instructions accurately and consistently

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years experience with fibre composites/resin systems
• Good physical fitness and stamina
• A positive, team-focused attitude
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in outdoor or mobile environments
• Willingness to work under supervision with room to grow
• Highly beneficial if applicants have experience with QA and permit receiving.
