Health, Safety & Compliance Lead
Barry Dell Plumbing is not looking for a safety administrator.
We’re looking for someone who will live and breathe safety on site, earn the respect of our crews, and actively shape the way our team works across plumbing, drainage, and roofing in both residential and commercial environments.
This is a newly created role because we want to take our health and safety culture to the next level — not with paperwork, but with presence, leadership, and practical action.
Our team of 20 operates in small, autonomous crews across roofing, excavation, drainage, and plumbing works. They’re capable, experienced, and busy — and they need a Health & Safety leader who is out there with them, supporting them, challenging them, and lifting standards every day.
If you prefer a desk, this is not the job for you.
If you’re happiest in boots, on roofs, in trenches, and talking straight with tradies — read on
