About the Role

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for numbers and organisation? Total Access Ltd is looking for an experienced Accounts Payable & Accounts Support Officer to join our busy Finance Team based in Auckland.

This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the end-to-end Accounts Payable process while supporting the finance team with a range of administrative and financial tasks. Working across multiple platforms and business units, you'll play a key role in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and verify supplier invoices with accurate coding.
  • Manage invoice approvals and purchase order closures.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc payment runs.
  • Liaise with the Finance Manager to align payment batches with cashflow forecasts.
  • Reconcile supplier accounts and monitor aged payables.
  • Proactively resolve overdue and on-hold invoices with internal teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date supplier records in NetSuite and Xero.
  • Reconcile corporate credit cards monthly.
  • Assist with lease payments and maintain the lease schedule.
  • Support month-end close processes and provide finance team cover during leave.
  • Assist with ad-hoc finance and admin projects as needed.

What You’ll Bring
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in Accounts Payable and Administration.
  • Experience with ERP systems (e.g. NetSuite, Xero) preferred.
  • Good grasp of accounting principles and intermediate Excel skills.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a team-first attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A focus on accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement.
