ABOUT THE ROLE
Our client is a nationally recognised brand with a strong presence across New Zealand. They are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their busy team for 6 months to help with a system implementation.
The primary focus of the role is accounts payable, accounts receivable, raising PO's, assisting with month end journals, clearing the AP inbox, bank reconciliations and general accounts administration.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE- 2+ years AP and AR experience
- System savvy and proficient in MS Excel.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- A team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- WFH flexibility once trained
- Well known brand to add to your CV
