• Accurately measuring, cutting, and installing a range of flooring products
• Preparing subfloors to ensure a perfect finish
• Installing carpet and vinyl (sheet and tile), including coved vinyl where required
• Reading and interpreting plans and job specifications
• Working independently and alongside a team to meet deadlines
• Maintaining a high standard of workmanship and safety on every job
• Engaging with clients in a professional manner

• Proven experience in flooring installation, especially carpet and vinyl (coved vinyl experience is a big plus)
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently
• Great communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Full or restricted clean driver’s license
• A tidy, safe, and professional approach to work
