About the Role:
We focus on residential and commercial installations of all sizes. As a part of the team, you will have the ability to bring new ideas, skills to take the company's reputation even higher. As our focus is always on customer satisfaction by providing the best quality of work.
Job Description:
Full installation process from floor prep to finish.Checking subfloor levelling and providing an estimate of preparation to make the floor fully flat.
Ensuring work is done to a higher standard.
Perform Setup and clean-up tasks at the job site.
Setting up power tools for installation.
Preparing the subfloor by grinding and self-levelling.
Removing existing flooring and discarding of material.
Follow all safety measures while using power tools.
Good communication skills.
The Right Candidate should have:
A minimum of 1 years of experience as a floor installer (As a Laminate, Engineered Timber in both floating and glued down floors, Vinyl planks), the more is better.Must have a great knowledge of power tools and health & safety guidelines.
Must have a Current full driver's licence.
What you will receive:
Hourly rate $ 25 to $ 35, depending upon skills and experience.Time and a half will be paid after 50 hours
Work Van with fully loaded tools
Uniforms, and ongoing support & training
Work Requirements:
This is a Permanent position.Two positions are available.
Work sites will vary within the Waikato Region.
Work is from Monday to Friday (Minimum 40 hours), but you may occasionally have to work on Saturdays as well.
Work Visa support can be provided for the right candidate.
