This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in how good conduct is encouraged and monitored across New Zealand's insurance sector.
The Role- Te Tūranga As Manager, Insurance, you'll lead a close-knit team of around five advisers and senior advisers responsible for the active supervision of the insurance sector.
You'll support and develop your team to use a risk- and outcomes-based approach to regulation, with a clear focus on enhancing conduct and delivering better outcomes for consumers.
This is first and foremost a people leadership role, providing coaching, mentoring, operational oversight and pastoral care.You'll also play an important role in shaping our supervisory approach, supporting industry engagement, and ensuring we stay ahead of emerging conduct risks and developments.
