Sous Chef/ Experienced CDP - 4-Star Hotel.

This is a great opportunity to learn ordering, stock-take, and the duties related to a more senior role managing a kitchen, training staff, and designing menus. You must be a hard-working, passionate chef who loves creating amazing food and has a solid base of chef experience.

This position is available for an immediate start.

To be successful in securing a high-quality role we're looking for:

• Solid chef experience, including leading a section and a la carte and buffet experience is a must.
• Preference for full trained and qualified chefs.
• Can work under pressure and uses initiative to take charge when needed!
• A skilled, passionate chef who loves producing delicious food.
• Focus on great guest experience by ensuring superb food and service.
• Experienced in adhering to health & safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Effective communication skills, and an aptitude for multi-tasking and training team members.
• Able to work on a rostered basis and be reliable in your attendance.
• Keen to take your career to the next level and learn from our fabulous Head Chef.
