• Craft high-quality coffee and beverages, following our recipes and standards.
• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service with ability to promote our brand comfortably.
• Operate the coffee machine and equipment with confidence and precision.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our menu and cabinet items to make personalized recommendations.
• Follow daily checklists for opening, cleaning, and closing to ensure smooth operations, and team consistency.
• Promote the Bakehouse through positive interactions, online reviews, loyalty app, and encouraging repeat visits.
• Handle cash /online order transactions, POS systems, and Eftpos efficiently.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the venue, FCP and handovers.
• Manage customer inquiries and report incidents & complaints in writing, escalate to the manager when required.

• Front of house /barista experienced and confidence in making quality coffee with consistency.
• A passion for matcha & croissant and a willingness to continuously improve your knowledge in baking servies.
• A customer-first attitude and strong interpersonal skills taking care of loyal and new customers needs.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a busy environment.
• A team player with strong work ethics like punctuality, accountability, and integrity, ability to follow business standards.
• Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays.
