Christchurch - Experienced Barista Supervisor

One of our amazing Baristas is leaving to study nursing so we are currently looking for a hospitality professional to join our team in a full - time role, with proven experience in customer service and as a skilled Barista.

To successfully fill this role you will :

Be an experienced Barista who takes pride in their work while maintaining a quick pace and excellent quality - minimum 2 years as a Barista in a full time role.

confidence in changing the grind , weighing and measuring shots, working to a high standard and have great latte art.

Have great customer service and interpersonal skills with strong customer focus

Be a people person with a fun personality , happy to work in a great team

have proven senior barista , or supervisor roles in the past

Be proactive , honest and reliable

Have a passion for Coffee and love the industry

This is a senior Barista role so must be fully capable and confident with the ability to supervise and lead the team during shifts, support the manager, and have excellent barista skills.

This position is Full Time with 2 rostered days off. Café Opening Hours are 7am - 4pm / closed public holidays

We have an excellent relationship with the Switch Espresso Roastery where continued inhouse training is available for our Baristas.
