Whether you're a qualified Fitness Instructor or Personal Trainer, a Group Fitness Instructor, currently studying fitness, or simply someone with outstanding customer service, administration and organisational skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

FitnessHQ is looking for an energetic, reliable and people-focused team member to join our friendly community gym.

This is a varied role that combines member support, customer service, gym operations and facility presentation, with the opportunity for qualified trainers to build and grow their own Personal Training business within FitnessHQ.

Your role will include:

• Welcoming, touring and inducting new members
• Providing exceptional customer service and member support
• Assisting with membership enquiries and administration
• Writing and demonstrating exercise programmes (where qualified)
• Delivering group fitness classes (where qualified)
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised facility through structured cleaning procedures
• Creating a friendly, motivating and inclusive environment for all members
• Working collaboratively with the team to deliver an outstanding member experience

We're looking for someone who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people
• Is reliable, proactive and willing to learn
• Has excellent communication and customer service skills
• Takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment
• Has strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
• Works well as part of a team and is happy to pitch in wherever needed

Qualifications:

Relevant fitness qualifications and a current First Aid Certificate are advantageous, but we also welcome applications from people currently studying or those with strong customer service, administration or hospitality experience who are looking to build a career in the health and fitness industry.

Flexibility to work school holidays and assist with shift cover when required is essential.
