**About the Role**As a Travel Registered Nurse, you'll work across a variety of our retirement villages accross New Zealand where your expertise is needed most. You'll play a vital role in supporting residents, leading care delivery, and helping facilities maintain high standards of clinical excellence.
**What You'll Be Doing**- Providing high-quality, person-centred nursing care to aged care residents.
- Completing clinical assessments and contributing to care planning.
- Administering medications and treatments safely and effectively.
- Monitoring resident wellbeing and responding to changing clinical needs.
- Supporting and mentoring care staff where required.
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, residents, and their families.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and ensuring compliance with best-practice standards.
- Current New Zealand Registered Nurse registration and Annual Practising Certificate (APC).
- InterRai trained Nurses but not mandatory.
- Previous nursing experience, ideally within aged care, rehabilitation, or long-term care settings.
- Strong clinical judgement and assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Willingness to travel and work across different locations outside of Auckland.
- A genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of older people.
