About the Role

• Prepare and review financial statements ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to collect and verify financial information
• Analyse financial results to support business decision-making
• Manage and prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines
• Provide guidance and oversight to one direct report
• Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism

Skills & Experience Required

The ideal candidate is CA qualified or holds a relevant tertiary qualification with 3-5 years of professional accounting experience. Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. They must be resilient, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a team across a matrix structure.

• CA qualified preferred with relevant tertiary qualification
• 3-5 years’ professional experience in financial accounting
• Advanced skills in MS Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage across all levels
• Organisational skills to manage conflicting priorities efficiently
