About Role
You will be joining a committed team where you will be responsible for but not restricted to:
- Lead and support external reporting projects with detailed financial analysis and reconciliations.
- Prepare and review complex regulatory and financial reports, ensuring compliance with IFRS, Group policies, and legal requirements.
- Support and challenge team processes to drive continuous improvement.
- Build cross-functional relationships to find practical solutions.
- Ensure high-quality analysis, documentation, and timely responses to reviews and audit queries.
- Contribute to a motivated team delivering accurate and timely financial, regulatory, and Group reporting.
- Analyse upcoming regulatory and accounting changes to inform business decisions.
- Promote process improvements through simplification and standardisation.
- Assist in preparing subsidiary financial statements, coordinating across teams to meet standards and deadlines.
- Advise stakeholders to ensure compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.
- Great remuneration - $150K-$160K, dependant on experience.

- Chartered Accountant.
- Proven accounting experience and project management in large organisations.
- Financial services experience preferred.
- Strong skills in statutory/regulatory reporting and financial analysis.
- Excellent data analysis and stakeholder engagement abilities.
- IFRS knowledge is essential.
- Proactive, independent work ethic in busy environments.
