This is a casual, on-call role perfect for someone who wants flexibility. Full commitment required during busy summer season and happy to work late nights as and when required.
- Outgoing personality. We chat with customers and make sure they feel comfortable.
- Great attitude with ability to prioritize tasks and think on your feet.
- Knowledge of food & beverage service, restaurant and bar etiquette, and workflow.
- Barista experience or willingness to learn.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication.
- Taking orders, promoting food and beverages, running food and beverages on floor, clearing tables.
- Cash handling and POS system experience but not necessary as training can be provided.
- Applicant must be available on weekdays, specially weekends, public holidays, morning, evening and late nights.
The role would mainly include great customer service, taking orders, promoting food and beverages, clearing tables, running food and beverages on the floor and helping our kitchen team for cleaning and most importantly keeping customers happy.
