BBQ Crew Member (Offset Smoker Specialist)

At Black Label Barbecue, the smoker is the heart of what we do — and we’re looking for a key team member to help keep it burning through our busy summer season! This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your pitmaster skills in front of our guests while being part of an award-winning barbecue crew.

• Run our big offset smoker at the restaurant, keeping the fire strong and the meat perfect.
• Assist with prep for off-site catering and food truck events.
• Cook in view of customers — showing off your barbecue craft and engaging with guests who love to see the magic happen.

• Barbecue experience — especially with offset smokers.
• Friendly and approachable personality — you’ll be cooking in front of people, so confidence and a bubbly nature go a long way, (you can bring your ego, but have the skills to match!)
