Restaurant manager

Lovely Foods Private Ltd is seeking an impeccably presented, professional Restaurant Manager for its well-established Indian restaurant. The candidate shall be a New Zealand citizen, resident, or holder of an open work visa, having of four months' work experience in Indian cuisine.
Full-time position 30-35 hours/week
Pay rate:$28-$35/h, and overtime at the same pay rate.
Working hours:Lunch: 11:30 am -2:30 pm and Dinner: 4:30 pm -9:30 pm, including with weekends' availability as flexibly required
Duties: Planning menus in consultation with Chefs;
planning and organising special functions;arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget;
maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions;
ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance;
conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service;
selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff;
may take reservations, greet guests and assist in taking orders.
