Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager with a relevant NZQF Diploma qualification or a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant.

The successful candidate must be flexible and available to work shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

Key Duties
  • Managing operations of the entire restaurant
  • Planning menus
  • Organising special functions
  • Purchasing of supplies
  • Pricing of the foods according to the budget
  • Maintaining financial and employee records
  • Ensure health and safety requirements are met
  • Selecting and training the staff

This is a fast-paced role requiring strong leadership, operational management skills, and a solid understanding of hospitality standards.
