Class 5 Driver
At Halls’ we are looking for experienced and professional Class 5 drivers to join our Napier team. This role will see you be the friendly face of Halls’ delivering chilled and frozen food to businesses throughout the Hawke Bay region. We are looking for customer focused individuals who take real pride in delivering product on time and safely.
What you will be doing- Delivering frozen and chilled product to customers
- Unloading and loading product – some manual handling required
- Completing relevant delivery documentation
- Providing a high level of customer service and care to our customers
- Checking temperature settings
- Completing daily vehicle checks
- Hold a full and clean Class 5 licence with a minimum of 2 years Class 5 driving experience
- Demonstrate solid experience driving truck and trailer and semis
- Be customer focused with strong communication skills
- Be comfortable with physical work
- Demonstrate initiative, reliability and a strong work ethic
A working knowledge of Eroad & TruckMate would be advantageous but not essential.
