Office Administrator - Roofing Industry - 6 months

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the business in a full time role over a 6 month term.

This role is a key part of ensuring projects run smoothly by coordinating schedules, managing communications, and supporting multiple areas of the company as required. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being the central point of coordination within a growing roofing company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and coordinating all trade staff and subcontractors
  • Data entry ensuring project details are entered accurately
  • Organising and ordering materials for upcoming jobs
  • Managing incoming phone calls and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members to ensure clear communication
  • Assisting with job tracking and updating internal systems
  • Providing administrative support to other departments when required

Skills & Attributes: Possess a high degree of problem solving skills as we operate in a fluid and rapidly changing environment.

Ability to take proactive management of the schedule
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
High attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficient in general office systems and scheduling tools

This role is one of the forefront roles dealing directly with customers, trade staff and contractors. You’re communication skills will need to be exceptional.

Hours of work are 7.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday

Currently the expected start date for this role will be on the 20th April
