In this pivotal role, you will deliver exceptional administrative support to the Manager and Community Engagement Team. You will ensure efficient programme operations, and assist with data analysis and coordination of community activities. You will be key in maintaining accurate data, ensuring timely correspondence, and supporting reporting functions to meet NBSP national quality standards and regional service expectations.This part-time position is for 20 hours per week, with working days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.About You:We are looking for someone with strong organisational and communication skills, a passion for improving health outcomes, and the following experience and qualities:2-3 years experience in an administrative role, ideally in the healthcare sector.Experience working with patients, particularly those from culturally diverse communities.A desire to contribute to better healthcare outcomes for Māori and Pacific communities, especially in South Auckland.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.The salary range is dependent on skills and experience and will be paid in line with the National Administration Collective agreement.Working at Health New ZealandHealth New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora is dedicated to ensuring excellent healthcare for the people of New Zealand.
