Chef’s Position Overview:
We seek a reliable Chef/cook with proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and capable of producing high-standard dishes efficiently during peak service periods.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook Western-style dishes (e.g., breakfast, brunch, salads, pasta, meats, etc.) to a consistently high standard- Maintain speed, cleanliness, and quality during busy service
- Assist in menu preparation and contribute ideas for seasonal dishes
- Ensure proper food safety, hygiene, and kitchen cleanliness at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service
- Manage inventory and inform management of low-stock items
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a busy commercial kitchen
- Solid knowledge and practical experience across a range of Western cuisines
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality dishes quickly
- Good communication skills and a cooperative team attitude
- Honest, hardworking, humble, and reliable
- Able to work weekends, all public holidays.

The Role
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to join our friendly team at Our Venue.
This is a full time role and rate will be depending on experience.
Responsibilities- Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team to provide exceptional customer service
- Experienced in managing financials, recruitment and team development, stock management and health and safety
- Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with high standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
Assistant Restaurant Managers
