Office Admin/Receptionist

We are on the lookout for an Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team here at Invercargill Glass & Mirror.
The position is based in Invercargill, 40 Hrs per week - Monday to Friday 8am - 4.30 pm.
Position will include / but not limit.- Meeting and greeting of customers, answering phone / email inquiries ie: taking jobs.
- General Admin work.
- Inputting of invoices into Xero accurately
- Inputting of glass orders.
- Quoting of jobs to customers.
- Health & Safety administrative work.
- General Office duties
- Has a professional demeanour with good communication skills
- Can demonstrate personal integrity and reliability
- Fast learner.
- Able to multitask and thrive in high pressure situations.
- Computer skills ie: word/excel. Are a must
- Good attitude, and willing to take guidance
- Interested in learning about the glazing industry.
- A team player.
