Now, we're looking for a capable Warehouse & Inventory Manager to lead our Mt Maunganui warehouse team and ensure first-class operational performance.

What You'll Do
In this leadership role, you will oversee all warehouse and inventory functions, ensuring safe, efficient, accurate, and timely performance across:- Inbound receiving & quality checks
- Put-away, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO)
- Inventory control, cycle counting, and stocktaking
- Internal supply to production and the machine shop
- Outbound picking, packing, and dispatching
- Branch replenishment and transfers
- Warehouse housekeeping, equipment upkeep, and H&S compliance
You'll lead and develop a team of Inventory Specialists - setting expectations, coaching for performance, building capability, and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
You will also play a key role in health & safety leadership and continuous improvement initiatives that drive accuracy, productivity, and consistency across operations.

Who We're Looking For
You'll thrive in this role if you:- Have proven leadership experience in warehouse and/or inventory operations
- Are confident coaching, developing, and managing team performance
- Understand inventory control principles, stock rotation, cycle counting, and ERP systems
- Communicate clearly, plan effectively, and stay calm under pressure
- Are committed to maintaining a safe and compliant workplace
- Have strong organisational skills and a continuous improvement mindset
- Hold a forklift licence and relevant certifications
