Receptionist – Auto Glazing Company

As our receptionist, you'll play a key part in keeping things running smoothly at the front desk. You’ll be handling customer enquiries, scheduling bookings, invoicing, and general admin support for our technicians and management team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and manage walk-ins & phone enquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage daily job bookings
• Process invoices, payments and maintain customer records
• Liaise with insurers and assist with claims processing
• General office duties including email correspondence and filing

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Confident using computers and admin software
• Organised, efficient and able to multitask
• Previous experience in a receptionist or admin role preferred
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn the industry
