Warehouse & Production Supervisor

We’re on the lookout for a reliable and proactive Warehouse & Production Supervisor to manage the smooth running of our Penrose warehouse, local deliveries, and in-house product manufacturing.

This part-time role (25-30 hours per week) is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organised, and being hands-on—while still being part of a close-knit team that values trust, effort, and flexibility.

• Receiving and storing stock
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and running smoothly
• Processing customer orders, pick packing, and doing local deliveries
• Managing logistics for out-of-town deliveries via third-party providers
• Manufacturing selected products onsite (training provided)
• Maintaining accurate stock records and assisting with stock takes
• Supporting Health & Safety standards across the workspace

• Previous warehouse and/or logistics experience is preferable
• Honest and practical with strong attention to detail
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 23kg unassisted
• Comfortable with technology – basic mechanical knowledge is also an advantage
• A good communicator and dependable team player
• Full NZ Driver's Licence – confident driving a small truck
• Forklift licence - a bonus, but not essential
• Must be legally eligible to work in New Zealand – this role is not suitable for those on Student Visas
