We are currently exploring a new business opportunity in Fire and Compliance — a critical area that supports building safety, performance, and regulatory excellence.

As part of this initiative, we are seeking expressions of interest from experienced professionals who are passionate about compliance and safety across commercial buildings.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape a new service offering from the ground up!

Who we’re looking for:

• Individuals with proven experience in fire safety and building compliance.
• Strong working knowledge of the New Zealand Building Code (2004) and Building Regulations (2005).
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks from SS2 to SS15/4, excluding SS9 (Mechanical Ventilation/Air Conditioning Systems) and SS3/2 (Access Controlled Doors).
• Professionals who understand performance-based building standards and can navigate Acceptable Solutions and Verification Methods confidently.
