Experienced Builder Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Builder to join our team on a 6-month fixed-term contract to work on a series of commercial property developments. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

• Carry out construction, renovation, repair and fit-out work on commercial properties
• Work from plans, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate execution
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Work with project managers and other building contractors to meet deadlines

• Proven experience as a builder (3 years+ in a similar role)
• Team player willing and able to help with all aspects of the project
• Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and health & safety standards
• Physically fit
