Join Our Well Established Plumbing Business – Full Time Office Manager
Tasman Plumbing Contractors is on the lookout for a proactive, organised, and tech-savvy Office Manager to help lead the day to day operations of our busy plumbing company. This full time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be a key part of a growing locally owned business.
________________________________________About the Role:
As our Office Manager, you'll be the engine room of our operations. Ensuring the business runs smoothly by managing admin, scheduling, customer service, and accounts (creditors & debtors). You'll work closely with the business owner and play a pivotal role in shaping our systems and supporting our team.

Key Responsibilities:- Manage incoming enquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate job bookings and scheduling using our job management system (Aroflo)
- Prepare quotes, invoices, payment claims and follow-ups to ensure smooth customer relations
- Oversee office administration, documentation (including Health & Safety), and system organisation
- Handle day to day bookkeeping tasks including Xero reconciliations and reporting
- Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for orders and scheduling
- Assist with marketing efforts such as website updates and social media
- Maintain and improve office systems, manuals, and procedures

What We’re Looking For:- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong computer and admin skills (Microsoft Office, Xero, etc.)
- Confident using or learning systems like Aroflo & Canva
- Experience with Health & Safety Documentation
- Previous experience in office management, admin, trades, or customer service
- Self-motivated with a problem solving mindset
- A team player who takes initiative and pride in their work

Hours & Location:- Full-time: 35–40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, during business hours (7:30am – 4:00pm)
- Based in Tauranga
